- Comprehensive Site Specific Safety Plans are provided for every Carus worksite.

We have worked extensively with Leigh Tobeck, Health & Safety Systems Ltd, to develop our strategy to manage health and safety risk and hazards in all areas of our business.

We have been through the following audits and prequalification programmes:
- ACC Work Safety Management Practices – Secondary Level, valid to 30 November 2018.
- Site Safe’s SiteWise – Green score (77%), issued 8 December 2016.
- Otago University Approved Contractor’s List valid for 4 years.
- T0tika – Carus achieved an overall score of 89% giving us a 5 star rating for the next two years
- Carus has Public Liability Insurance to $10M cover, and all vehicles have full insurance, including third party.
