Our man on the ground in The Waikato’s favourite saying is “Living the Dream”, but unlike many who use this phrase, for Matt McCulloch it’s far from a tongue in cheek quip. A self-confessed morning person, Matt reckons every day is what you make of it, and knows the harder he works on the week days, means the more space and time he gets with his wife and son on the weekends. Starting with a number of years’ experience in the Trade Department at Bunnings, 7 years spent as Facility Manager for Les Mills Hamilton, and more recently a year working as an asset and contracts Manager for the council, work life has taught Matt an eye for detail as well as the importance of servicing and maintaining property to maximise both its lifespan and its value.Outside of the office, sports, fishing and the classic kiwi addiction DIY are what floats Matt’s boat – sounds to us like he really might be living out that favourite saying of his after all.
Born and raised in Glasgow, and with an accent that is still as strong as the day he left those fair shores, you may have to ask our Waikato Project Manager to slow down a bit the first time he bends your ear – but once you’re tuned in you will learn pretty quickly that Mark Crosgray is the real deal. 26 years of industry experience, beginning with painting actual, real-life, castles back in Scotland have seen Mark paint almost anything you can think of. Outside of work, he’s a Glasgow Rangers fan through and through – and against his better judgment even manages to get out still and play a bit of the ‘beautiful game’ himself. The self-proclaimed BBQ King of Carus, Mark loves to get on those tools as well, always making sure the team is well looked after when it comes to putting kai in bellies. Maybe if your next project comes his way you can talk him into firing it up for you and your team too?
