In 2024, Carus completed a full exterior repaint of Waitangi’s Copthorne Hotel and Resort, located within the Waitangi National Trust Reserve. After a detailed chemical wash for lasting durability, fresh coatings were applied to the walls and rooftops, giving the resort a clean, modern look that complements its premium amenities and scenic waterfront setting.
