Over the last four years Carus Group has worked with more than 100 schools or universities on their painting and chemical wash-downs as part of their property maintenance solutions.

As the country comes out of the level four response to the COVID-19 challenge, Carus Group can also offer an antimicrobial disinfecting and sanitising option for your school.

Our teams are following the new social-distancing guidelines, and with children returning to school later this month, now is a good time to consider this service.

Carus is classified as an essential service provider and we can conduct the sanitisation services during the current nationwide lock down situation.

We have two products that we are using – one is PROACTIVE & ONE IS REACTIVE

 

PROACTIVE / BARRIER SYSTEM

Bio- Shield 75 – This is an antimicrobial product that creates a non-toxic shield that kills germs that it comes into contact with. The barrier last for about four weeks.

 

REACTIVE DISINFECTANT SOLUTION

Bio – Kleen – This is a hospital grade disinfectant for floors, walls toilets, urinals, showers and hard surfaces.

 

The Bio Shield is longer lasting but it shouldn’t be put onto a dirty surface.  For outdoors you may want to look at a power wash to clean away dirt and grime and then apply the barrier system.

For the interiors we would recommend everything is cleaned with the Bio Kleen first, then apply Bio Shield.

We would then recommend that we come out and continue the Bio Kleen in the high contact areas on a weekly basis.

If we look at this as a four week cycle you would then reapply the Bio – Shield barrier.
