I have run a project management and design practice working in the education construction sector in the lower North Island, for the last 25 years. Over that time, we have undertaken supervision of numerous construction and maintenance projects that we have issued for tender.
Recently we let a large complex project to repaint the exterior surfaces of the buildings at Naenae College. The project required the contractor to work through the college campus during the school term time and took a significant amount of planning and co-ordination to work in a safe staged manner around the site. The work required a significant amount of scaffolds, edge protection and the use of EWP’s.
We found Carus to be very reliable, well organised and efficient in their execution of the works and fitted into the school campus very fell. Their management expertise and attention to detail was evident throughout the project, and they delivered the project on time and within budget.
Their communication and the standard of the workmanship was excellent.
