Braden brings a diverse background with experience as a Territory Manager at Coca Cola and an Indoor Sports Stadium Manager. While his painting experience is limited to the occasional kids' playhouse project, Braden is eager to learn the ropes and contribute to the team’s success. On weekends, Braden can be found chasing after his two energetic boys, attempting to hit a little white ball straight on the golf course, or training for cricket. A proud member of the NZ Indoor Cricket team, Braden is also a big fan of golf and always up for a challenge. What gets him out of bed each morning? It’s the drive to improve – both personally and professionally. Of course, his kids jumping on him also helps to start the day! One of Braden’s favourite quotes, “Control the controllables,” sums up his mindset for tackling life’s challenges.

With several years in the painting industry, Todd brings valuable industry experience to Carus, from mixing paints and managing deliveries to working as a sales representative in the architectural coatings sector. His background gives him a well-rounded understanding of both products and client needs when managing projects. Outside of work, cricket is a huge part of Todd’s life, whether it’s representing Napier Tech or Hawke’s Bay in the summer, or keeping sharp with indoor cricket through the winter. When not on the pitch, he enjoys golf, watching just about any sport, and making the most of the Hawke’s Bay sunshine with his two dogs. Inspired by a quote from LeBron James, “you have to accept failure to get better,” he’s always motivated to learn, improve, and make the most of every day. We're excited to have Todd on board. He's a fantastic addition to the Carus Team.
